Mac & Cheese Recipe
INGREDIENTS
Base
1 Pound Trottole Pasta
1 Onions
6 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
2 Tbsp Flour
1 cup Cream
4 cups Cheddar
4 cups Gruyere
Seasoning
Cayenne
Paprika
Parsley
Garlic salt
Pepper
Topping
1 cup Panko
3 Tbsp Butter
1/2 cup Parmesan
DIRECTIONS
Step one: Preheat oven to 350, boil water, and cook pasta until al dente.
Step two: Dice an onion and add the pan with the butter until caramelized.
Step three: Add flour into the pan and stir to start a rue.
Step four: Add cream slowly while mixing until the sauce thickens.
Step five: Add in seasonings and cheese.
Step six: Mix cheese sauce into the cooked pasta.
Step seven: Transfer Mac to a baking dish.
Step eight: Microwave butter into panko and Parm
Step nine: Sprinkle topping and more seasoning on the top, then bake for 30 minutes
