Mac & Cheese Recipe

INGREDIENTS

Base

  • 1 Pound Trottole Pasta

  • 1 Onions

  • 6 Tbsp Unsalted Butter

  • 2 Tbsp Flour

  • 1 cup Cream

  • 4 cups Cheddar

  • 4 cups Gruyere

Seasoning

  • Cayenne

  • Paprika

  • Parsley

  • Garlic salt

  • Pepper

Topping

  • 1 cup Panko

  • 3 Tbsp Butter

  • 1/2 cup Parmesan

DIRECTIONS

  1. Step one: Preheat oven to 350, boil water, and cook pasta until al dente.

  2. Step two: Dice an onion and add the pan with the butter until caramelized.

  3. Step three: Add flour into the pan and stir to start a rue.

  4. Step four: Add cream slowly while mixing until the sauce thickens.

  5. Step five: Add in seasonings and cheese.

  6. Step six: Mix cheese sauce into the cooked pasta.

  7. Step seven: Transfer Mac to a baking dish.

  8. Step eight: Microwave butter into panko and Parm

  9. Step nine: Sprinkle topping and more seasoning on the top, then bake for 30 minutes
